Merle saw to my needs and went above and beyond. They needed to hold my car to order parts and they gave me loner 2018 country man. (Which i’m Thinking about going back to buy). Merle quoted me a price and held to it. He kept me informed on the progress of the car. I couldn’t be happier and my little R50 drives like new. Thank you to the service team! More

They not only do what's requested, but will thoroughly examine the entire vehicle for any problems and then provide a complete and detailed report on anything else they find that is or could be a problem, And they do this in a very expedient time frame. Their staff of mechanics are expertly trained and certified in working on Mini Coopers. I know when I leave the dealership that my Mini has been serviced correctly and am also aware of any other issue that may become a problem in the future. I'm 74 years old and have dealt with many dealerships over the years and I would rate my experience with Flow Mini of Raleigh as one of best in customer service, reliability and technical knowledge, They are well worth a few hour drive if your looking to keep your vehicle in first class condition and problem free...... Such a busy, rainy day! FLOW Mini of Raleigh is AWESOME. I drove 2 and a half hours to get there, because I wanted MINI service, not just an oil change. I arrived, and they were absolutely overwhelmed with customers, and there was a man being particularly unpleasant to the staff for quite a long time, but they were wonderful to me. The man who was filling in at the desk was really kind, gave me a huge mug of tea, made sure I was comfortable and took care of me until my car was ready. I had less than 200 miles left in my warranty, and they took care of everything my car needed, with patience and some good laughs about riding a children's tricycle around while I waited. Great staff, great service, even on what must have been a very stressful day for them... Thank you! More

They gladly provide us with a loaner car whenever we need one. Our cars have been very reliable with very little problems and most costs have been covered by our warranties.
