WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! If I could give zero stars I would! This is the WORST place to take your vehicle to have it worked on! I dropped it off on May 4th because my check If I could give zero stars I would! This is the WORST place to take your vehicle to have it worked on! I dropped it off on May 4th because my check engine light was on. I had already replaced pretty much everything in the vehicle but the light was still on. I was tried of throwing parts and money at it so I decided to take it there since Mazda's are their specialty (Or so I thought). They wanted to change everything that I had already replaced (turbo, timing chain, valve cover, gaskets, bolts, etc) Originally they wanted to charge me over $5,000. After several back and forth conversations they said the check engine light was on because the timing was off and I needed a new valve gasket. They told me my total was $1,437.55 before I came to pick up my vehicle. On May 20th I was told I could come pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival they charged me $1,617.51 but assured me my check engine light was off and everything was fixed. On my way home, my vehicle started pouring smoke out of the hood an my check engine light came back on! I took my vehicle back to the service center. They tried to tell me that the smoke was residual oil from where they worked on it. I told them that is not what is wrong with it and that something was messed up! After having it a few more days they informed me that my valve cover was cracked and was going to charge me $499.66 to fix it. I refused. They had worked on the valve cover gasket and had done something wrong to cause it to crack. They refused to own up to their mistakes. They were very rude and tried to say it was my fault that it was cracked. On May 28th I had a tow truck pick up my vehicle. I had the person who had replaced the parts before I took it to Mazda to look at it. The Mazda Service Center had not installed the valve gasket or the cover properly. It was completely busted and laying sideways. The person who had previously worked on my vehicle had marked every bolt and piece as they were replaced with pink paint. All of the paint was still on everything the Mazda Service Center had claimed to have replaced, including the timing chain and cover! They charged me for things they didn't even touch! If they would have looked at it, they would have clearly seen they pink markings. So now I am over $1,617.51 short, my check engine light is still on, and my car is in WORSE condition than it was originally. WORST experience Iv'e ever had!!! More

We owned a 2014 and traded it in and were surprised just how much Mazda has added and improved features, and many are included in the base model. While waiting for finance we had a great conversation with John, our sales raconteur—his stories were a fun distraction while we waited. The finance fella was also the most efficient/prepared, fastest and nicest one we’ve ever had. Sal was amazing! And Chad should be commended for putting together a great team. Flow Mazda’s dealership team is our first choice to recommend to you and our friends and family, and for our future purchases. I was looking for a specific car that I knew would be harder to find without doing a factory direct order which would take months. Chad did all of the background work and made it happen. Other dealerships had no interest in pursuing anything other than making easy money by only selling what was on their lot. They put the work in and got the sale and made a loyal customer. More

I had a great experience at Flow. I did a lot of research prior to visiting Flow Mazda. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful everyone was. David, my salesman, was sweet and very patient when explaining all the tech features in my new car. Angela, the finance manager was just awesome. I had some tricky issues with my trade-in, but she was helpful and explained what she needed to do every step of the way. Everyone was sweet with my goldendoodle, Gracie who came with me and needed to be entertained while waiting. Thanks to everyone. Gracie and I love our new car! More
