Once again John Allgood exceeded our expectations. He sold my daughter her first Mazda in 2022 and when she came in over the weekend to the dealership, he was there and she went directly over to see if he was available for her to purchase another CX-5. She loved the car so much she wanted a newer version. That is the testimony of how the dealership makes you feel like a valued customer. The sales manager Kalueb Larkin was so patient with her decisions and wanted to ensure she was getting what she wanted. Chad Larkin was still there also and when we saw him we were happy! Due to a glitch in paperwork my daughter worked directly with Chad early this morning to ensure her financial documents were correct. He did not hesitate to assist and sent her on her way within 30 minutes of entering the dealership. Again a testimony of great customer service and taking care of their buyers. No doubt we will be buying another from Flow.

This used to be one of the best places to get your Mazda serviced. However, I made an online appointment inspection on a Monday to get my Miata inspected on Saturday. When I got there, they said they don't do inspections on Saturday. Why did they accept the appointment? Why couldn't someone call or text me before Saturday to let me know? Very poor service.

Just recently bought a new car from here. EJ and Tyler were great. 100% would buy another car here.

If you are looking for a first class Mazda Dealer in North Carolina it has to be Flow Mazda of Greensboro. I just bought a New CX-5 there and was astonished at friendly and professional experience from day one. Chad Mills is the GM - He is an honest, fair and active participant in the quest to provide the customer with a positive experience. I have never been in a dealership where every employee seems to be enjoying helping people. You know like the folks at Chick- File always say " my pleasure! " and look like they are having a great day. Well they don't say that they just treat their employees and customers well because it's the right thing to do - you can tell that employees enjoy their work. Mazda's are tremendous vehicles too. Anyway....travel a bit like I did ( From Chapel Hill)t o get this kind of service and you won't be sorry. Great experience!!

My daughter was in an accident and her vehicle was totaled to her disappointment. We were traveling out of state and when she received the call that her rental would soon be up, we returned from our trip and went straight to the local dealership. Unfortunately, the local dealership did not have anything so we contacted Flow Mazda of Greensboro, I originally spoke with Dakota to see if they had anything on the lot before making the trip. Not only did he confirm but he scheduled an appointment within the hour so that it would be available. We hightailed it to the dealership at met with Chad Mills who then introduced us to John Allgood and I will say they did not disappoint. They were really great to work with and very patient with all the questions that my daughter and her parents had. Unfortunately it was late in the day and Tanner (finance) was trying really hard to get her the best financing deal but the banks were closed so we ended up using the financing that she had been approved for by another bank. Tanner was awesome! We arrived around 4:45pm and were done by 8:30pm. Would have been sooner but a couple was in front of us. Thank you Chad, John and Tanner you now have a customer in the Mazda Flow family.
