This used to be one of the best places to get your Mazda serviced. However, I made an online appointment inspection on a Monday to get my Miata inspected on Saturday. When I got there, they said they don't serviced. However, I made an online appointment inspection on a Monday to get my Miata inspected on Saturday. When I got there, they said they don't do inspections on Saturday. Why did they accept the appointment? Why couldn't someone call or text me before Saturday to let me know? Very poor service. More
If you are looking for a first class Mazda Dealer in North Carolina it has to be Flow Mazda of Greensboro. I just bought a New CX-5 there and was astonished at friendly and professional experience from North Carolina it has to be Flow Mazda of Greensboro. I just bought a New CX-5 there and was astonished at friendly and professional experience from day one. Chad Mills is the GM - He is an honest, fair and active participant in the quest to provide the customer with a positive experience. I have never been in a dealership where every employee seems to be enjoying helping people. You know like the folks at Chick- File always say " my pleasure! " and look like they are having a great day. Well they don't say that they just treat their employees and customers well because it's the right thing to do - you can tell that employees enjoy their work. Mazda's are tremendous vehicles too. Anyway....travel a bit like I did ( From Chapel Hill)t o get this kind of service and you won't be sorry. Great experience!! More
My daughter was in an accident and her vehicle was totaled to her disappointment. We were traveling out of state and when she received the call that her rental would soon be up, we returned from our t totaled to her disappointment. We were traveling out of state and when she received the call that her rental would soon be up, we returned from our trip and went straight to the local dealership. Unfortunately, the local dealership did not have anything so we contacted Flow Mazda of Greensboro, I originally spoke with Dakota to see if they had anything on the lot before making the trip. Not only did he confirm but he scheduled an appointment within the hour so that it would be available. We hightailed it to the dealership at met with Chad Mills who then introduced us to John Allgood and I will say they did not disappoint. They were really great to work with and very patient with all the questions that my daughter and her parents had. Unfortunately it was late in the day and Tanner (finance) was trying really hard to get her the best financing deal but the banks were closed so we ended up using the financing that she had been approved for by another bank. Tanner was awesome! We arrived around 4:45pm and were done by 8:30pm. Would have been sooner but a couple was in front of us. Thank you Chad, John and Tanner you now have a customer in the Mazda Flow family. More
I recently bought a Mazda CX-30 from Flow Mazda of Greensboro and had the pleasure of dealing with Tyler Morgan, John Allgood, Chad Mills, Jeff Ballou and Tanner Sterba. Each and everyone involved cou Greensboro and had the pleasure of dealing with Tyler Morgan, John Allgood, Chad Mills, Jeff Ballou and Tanner Sterba. Each and everyone involved could not have been more helpful, professional and respectful. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had, a solid A+. If I’m ever in the market for another car, new or used, there’s no doubt that my first stop will be at this dealership. More
I worked with Chad and had a great experience. He's knowledgeable, responsive, and articulate. My new car was delivered to my home, and Flow picked up my trade-in, too. Chad made it clear that they wou knowledgeable, responsive, and articulate. My new car was delivered to my home, and Flow picked up my trade-in, too. Chad made it clear that they would not be undersold and he stood by the sale, even sending a driver from Greensboro to the Raleigh area a second time to deliver my owner's manual and a few other items. My local dealer saw the price I got from Flow, admitted they couldn't get close, and told me that if I got that deal from Flow then I should take it. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Flow Mazda. More
I was an out of state potential buyer. He went above and beyond getting the info on the car I was wanting. It was not on the lot yet and I wanted pictures. He worked diligently to locate it and take the pic beyond getting the info on the car I was wanting. It was not on the lot yet and I wanted pictures. 10/10 Low-Pressure Experience I went into Flow knowing exactly what I wanted in a new CX-5 and the staff completely accommodated my preferences. My salesman, John Jarrett, the sale I went into Flow knowing exactly what I wanted in a new CX-5 and the staff completely accommodated my preferences. My salesman, John Jarrett, the sales managers, Sal and Chad, and the financial manager, Michael, were so helpful and didn't pressure me at all to upgrade or pay for things I didn't want/need. It was the best first car buying experience I could've asked for. John Ware and Lamar were incredibly helpful in showing me how to use all of my car's features before they let me drive away with it. I trust these guys 100% and felt as though they wanted me to make the most beneficial decisions with my car purchase. I would definitely recommend visiting Flow if you're in the Greensboro area and looking for an experience where you know the staff isn't trying to take advantage of you (which seems to be increasingly rare in the auto-sales industry). WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! If I could give zero stars I would! This is the WORST place to take your vehicle to have it worked on! I dropped it off on May 4th because my check If I could give zero stars I would! This is the WORST place to take your vehicle to have it worked on! I dropped it off on May 4th because my check engine light was on. I had already replaced pretty much everything in the vehicle but the light was still on. I was tried of throwing parts and money at it so I decided to take it there since Mazda's are their specialty (Or so I thought). They wanted to change everything that I had already replaced (turbo, timing chain, valve cover, gaskets, bolts, etc) Originally they wanted to charge me over $5,000. After several back and forth conversations they said the check engine light was on because the timing was off and I needed a new valve gasket. They told me my total was $1,437.55 before I came to pick up my vehicle. On May 20th I was told I could come pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival they charged me $1,617.51 but assured me my check engine light was off and everything was fixed. On my way home, my vehicle started pouring smoke out of the hood an my check engine light came back on! I took my vehicle back to the service center. They tried to tell me that the smoke was residual oil from where they worked on it. I told them that is not what is wrong with it and that something was messed up! After having it a few more days they informed me that my valve cover was cracked and was going to charge me $499.66 to fix it. I refused. They had worked on the valve cover gasket and had done something wrong to cause it to crack. They refused to own up to their mistakes. They were very rude and tried to say it was my fault that it was cracked. On May 28th I had a tow truck pick up my vehicle. I had the person who had replaced the parts before I took it to Mazda to look at it. The Mazda Service Center had not installed the valve gasket or the cover properly. It was completely busted and laying sideways. The person who had previously worked on my vehicle had marked every bolt and piece as they were replaced with pink paint. All of the paint was still on everything the Mazda Service Center had claimed to have replaced, including the timing chain and cover! They charged me for things they didn't even touch! If they would have looked at it, they would have clearly seen they pink markings. So now I am over $1,617.51 short, my check engine light is still on, and my car is in WORSE condition than it was originally. WORST experience Iv'e ever had!!! More
