Shock replacement During an inspection, they found that I had a leaking shock. They ordered the part and and installed it for me quickly. I always have a very positive experience when I visit Susi for my needed service. She carefully goes over any maintenance needed both visually and sight inspection. I am in good hands, never mind that I enjo for my needed service. She carefully goes over any maintenance needed both visually and sight inspection. I am in good hands, never mind that I enjoy visiting a little, sharing a laugh or two. I trust the folks at flow! This last visit, I had scheduled an appointment, thinking I would drop in for an oil change. Susi scheduled all I needed plus my yearly inspection so I would not have to come in later. I was given a loaner, completed my errands and came back to a sparkling, updated-in-every-way car. Thanks, Susi! More
