When I purchase a used Certified Lexus, I was told there was a 9 year bumper to bumper warranty. 2 months in, the wheel started squealing (caliper stuck?). I called service & told it may be wear/tear, not warranty covered. Husband is out of town & needed help. NOT HAPPY

I purchased a certified pre owned 350ES. Intially, I worked with Corrina. Corrina help me find what I was looking for. I came from Henderson, Nc to get my car. I arrived a few minutes after closing. Paul, Keith and Jennifer greeted me with a smile. While Paul rode with me on a test drive, Keith and Jennifer prepared my paperwork. I received service, as if the dealership was opened.
