Serious issue with my cars engine I can’t say enough about Susie Todd and the service center at flow Lexus they are amazing ! I had a major problem with my vehicle and a third party wa I can’t say enough about Susie Todd and the service center at flow Lexus they are amazing ! I had a major problem with my vehicle and a third party warranty on my vehicle. As much of a pain as it was for them and me they handled the situation 90% of the 3 thousand dollar repairs was covered due to the diligent work of Susie!! I have always been treated with respect and like royalty there , superb customer service at this location !!!! More

Great experience Flow Lexus is always efficient for service. I don’t have a lot of time to wait, with them Zi never have to. Routine visit for service As usual, service was punctual and prompt. All services well explained before and after service. Lounge is comfortable but I really wish there was a quiet area - away from the TV’s. Most of us bring a book, paper, etc and the obnoxious TV noise is not relaxing. This time, one patron muted one TV and a second patron turned off the other. It was nice. Also, please keep the coffee selection well stocked. Always out of the latte. More

At the last minute -- 4:49pm on Saturday I love the service department. The staff go out of their way to ensure that I always have the best experience.
