Apparently the simple things are tough Brought my NX 200t in for 70,000 mile service. Included in that is topping off fluid levels. Looked under the hood after leaving to see two coolant reservoirs obviously below the "low" lines. No mention of fluid leaks or that my fluids were low while I was there, and fluid dripping from my car or puddles in my driveway. It just didn't get checked. When something so glaring is allowed to pass, it makes you question what else wasn't done or what else was overlooked. More

Battery Replacement Car battery was running low and there was an impending ice storm. Everyone other local service center I called was either too booked and not taking wa Car battery was running low and there was an impending ice storm. Everyone other local service center I called was either too booked and not taking walk-ins, or unreasonably priced for the service. Called Flow Lexus Greensboro on a "Hail Mary" attempt and Frank was accommodating and very upfront about the wait time since I didn't have an appointment. I was in and out in about an hour, YAY!! (original approx wait time was to be 1.5hrs), and was confident the car would start up without issues after the ice storm. Great job Frank for being both upfront and accomodating!! More
