Defective air bag replacement. Service department staff were very nice and attentive, After air bag was replaced and I was on my way back to Roanoke, VA, when one of the interior pa Service department staff were very nice and attentive, After air bag was replaced and I was on my way back to Roanoke, VA, when one of the interior panels that had been removed to access the air bag came loose. Upon examination I noticed that several of the retaining clips were missing causing the panel to come loose. I contacted service department and service representative was very apologetic. Since I live over 2 hours drive from dealership I asked him to mail me the clips and I would fix the panel. It was an easy repair. More

Excellent service, pick up and delivery of my car is so help I love that they pick up and deliver my car. It is very nice and I don’t miss time at work.
