Poor customer service I purchased a new Acura and have had a lot of issues with this car unfortunately. This is my third Acura and I love the cars but the Wilmington dealer I purchased a new Acura and have had a lot of issues with this car unfortunately. This is my third Acura and I love the cars but the Wilmington dealership is the most difficult to deal with and is a constant battle to have anything fixed properly and in a timely manner. Even just taking my car to have the oil changed, the guys always have poor attitudes. The last time, my steering wheel was torn up from nails or tools and after requesting that it be replaced and showing them immediately, they rudely stated they wouldn’t accept responsibility for it. I continue to document issues through pictures and videos, yet they still refuse to correct anything. After paying for a new Acura, I should not have to wait on tow trucks or service trucks continuously nor should I have a rental car more often than mine. The service of Stevenson Acura needs a major facelift. Bryan is the new service manager and is not any better than Nick, a service rep. Bryan was rude enough to hang up on me after stating he wasn’t going to help me. More
