They always check with me before performing any service for problems found. I have owned this vehicle for 16 years and have never had a bad service incident. They have provided a free loaner car whenever needed; sometimes even for something as simple as an oil change. They even rented a car for me during a recall for the airbags and a loaner wasn't available. I highly recommend them. Their prices are in line with other shops. Certainly not cheap, but you get what you pay for. More
