Excellent dealership I have bought two Acura’s and leased two Acura’s from Flow. I have used their service department many times. New leased vehicle Ryne was so attentive and “ on the ball” we turned in our lease acura for another ( we came from Raleigh ) as was not happy with the service / info fr Ryne was so attentive and “ on the ball” we turned in our lease acura for another ( we came from Raleigh ) as was not happy with the service / info from Leith Acura as they seem not to care whether they kept us a loyalty member or not. I called Flow Acura as just checking on prices etc... and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. Ryne was very attentive by texts and voicemail but not bothersome. We felt very comfortable and they all appeared to be very authentic and caring. Highly recommend them to anyone!!! Love my RDX 2019... thanks to Flow Acura!!! More

They are always courteous, friendly and transparent about the servi I have been taking my vehicle to Flow Acura service center for a couple of years. The waiting area is comfortable and while they always offer a shuttle or loaner for extended service, I am always able to work there while I wait for my car to be done. More
