He went above and beyond to make all of the details come together, like calling the insurance company for me and transferring my plates to the new car. Uber handled my paperwork and he also terrific and patient with me when I needed some extra time for a few things. I ended up having an unexpected issue with the vehicle a few days after I got it home. I didn't know what to expect when going back to the dealership about it and I was very pleasantly surprised. Henry did everything he could to help me (even on his day off) and I can't say enough good things about the service manager, Brian. Brian went out of his way to stay in contact with me, accommodate me and my 9 month month old baby during the service and see things from my perspective. The general manager, Pat, did everything he could to make the situation right and make sure that I was fully satisfied with the purchase. Stevenson Acura did the right thing and I am very grateful that they handled the issue quickly and with professionalism and integrity.
