too cold for car wash I recently brought in my CX-5 for its scheduled maintenance. Service was quick and the employees were pleasant but upon leaving the gentleman told me I recently brought in my CX-5 for its scheduled maintenance. Service was quick and the employees were pleasant but upon leaving the gentleman told me that they vacuumed my car (not the trunk as I discovered) but it was too cold for them to wash the car and that I could bring it back another day when it was warmer and they would “wash my car on the house”. It was an early december day, 44 degrees and blue skies (and I wasn’t even wearing a jacket) so I asked the gentleman to explain to me why they couldn’t wash the car on a cold day and he proceeded to “mansplain” to me how water gets into the doors and freezes and doors can get stuck and that I shoud bring it back on a warmer day. I’m not sure what temperature this man thinks water freezes at but it certainly isn’t 44 degrees. I will be back for my car wash and I am definitely not happy about it. More

Flood Mazda repaired my F150 super crew with no problems My truck was towed into Flood Mazda accessed and was repaired swiftly and saved me about 700-1000 dollars . Best dealership I've ever bought a car from.
