Best buying experience I hav Purchased a used certified 2015 Mazda 3 at Flood July 201 with 48,000 miles. Good price, great sales and finance folks. Best buying experience I have had in 20 years. Anyway, the only issue I had was the driver side window would get stuck in the up position in warm weather. Multiple fixes were attempted to repair. Finally, with a little bit of coaxing, they replaced the motor, regulator and switch. I do not expect perfection every time but I want good service. I need to say that everyone including Alyssa at the service desk and everyone else I worked with were always helpful, friendly and professional. I have many places to have my service my vehicle. I choose Flood Mazda and would highly recommend them to anyone. More

Usually when servicing my leased vehicles, they come back to me spotless. Also, next time I call with a problem like I had last week with starting the car, and stuck wipers, I will ask if you wouldn't mind sending someone over, I live so close, and I was totally inconvienenced three separate times. The last time stuck wipers prevented me from driving because of the rain. The dude I spoke with didn't know what say to me except to make an appointment the next day. Lucky for me, it was sunny weather. The problems I've had with the car, are about restarting, and the man on Saturday showed me how to work the key properly. Simple. What I dont understand is why the guy I spoke with on the phone friday, wasn't at all interested in helping me find a soulution? I really love this car and I am so happy with it otherwise. I had car inspected too. I got a price on a brake job which will be needed by winter. Length of time was longer because of inspection check. Car has been fine since I bought it in 2017. Glad I did.
