I have to say that the ordering, tracking and purchase of my 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT-8 from Brad Joiner greatly exceeded all my expectations. I never imagined that I would be able to find a deal that would my 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT-8 from Brad Joiner greatly exceeded all my expectations. I never imagined that I would be able to find a deal that would understand that my car is not “just another unit” and that I have interests that differ from the average car purchaser. It was very comforting to know that Brad was also passionate about classic vehicles, and understood that as fellow muscle car enthusiast, I would want to track the build progress of Challenger. I received updated invoices every few weeks, illustrating the build progress. The initial pricing negotiations were cut and dry. Final vehicle pricing was very straightforward, and vehicle costs were accurate to the penny. I’ve been involved in several new car purchases, and I’ve never had a dealer display this level of transparency with the ordering, pricing and financing options for a new vehicle. All other automotive dealerships should take a trip to Fletcher and take lessons for how a customer should be treated. I also greatly appreciate Bob Archers understanding when my first Challenger SRT-8 was delivered with a paint defect In which I was VERY concerned about. He could sense my discontent, and after a brief discussion, began to offer up solutions to provide a transaction that would meet my expectations. During our discussion, there were never any responses of “NO” to my inquiries or suggestions. We were able to quickly devise a agreeable solution, and the 2nd Challenger SRT-8 was immediately ordered. It’s very relieving to know that I have a relationship with a dealer in which I can rely on to be open, honest and trustworthy. They clearly have a developed a successful business model for customer service, and I would not hesitate to forward any/all business through Brad and Bob. I look forward to the successful purchase of future Chrysler products! More

Decent price on car we were interested in, but the usual run around when wanting to trade in. "what do you owe?" Oh, hmmn, thats EXACTLY what they offer for your trade in. After having the car for 5 days, took it in to pick up items accidently left in old car, and was told service would be waiting for us to deal with two minor issues we found with the newly purchased car. Told a 1/2 hour wait. After more than an HOUR, we finally gave up(with 2 toddlers), because our car had not even been brought in to be seen yet?! NOT a good way to start and will definately influence future business from us and referrals. CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE IS JUST AS, IF NOT MORE SO, IMPORTANT. More

I like my new car, but as far as service... it was just okay. I ended up having to go to the dealership 3 different times and waited each day. The only response I received was that they would go over that with me when I sign my paperwork. However, I ask while in "the box" and he just said... its a factory warranty. I dont know what all that includes this is my first car purchased in my name! I think they shouldnt be in such a hurry to get you in and out but take time to get questions answered. I did get helpful answers from Dave (I believe this is his name). He sits in the front of the store and works numbers. However, he is so busy that he didnt have much time to listen. He is one person up there doing multiple jobs. I have no doubt that this is the reason for most of my wait. He was working with someone, then had to run out and give a trade value, then he was helping someone else, then he went back to getting my paperwork finished, then had to help someone else. It was non-stop for him. I think he should have help when they are that busy and your customers wouldnt have to wait around from 6:30pm - 9:00pm(That is how long the process took on day #3). I was very pleased with my experience at Fletcher Chrysler. I was looking for a specific used truck for hauling purposes and general use and I found what I was looking for through the internet(Autot Chrysler. I was looking for a specific used truck for hauling purposes and general use and I found what I was looking for through the internet(Autotrader.com). I contacted Fletcher and Ron Mills awnsered all my questions. However at the time I was not quite ready to buy and the truck was sold to another individual. A few weeks later it returned to the lot because of lender issues and I get a call from Ron who remembered that I was interested in that truck. We manage to meet and Ron arranges for me to trial the truck. It is what I wanted and we are able to arrange a sale. The sale went smoothly when we meet again and I was in and out in less than a half hour. The staff was very friendly and even managed to find a operators manual for me because the truch was missing its own after the sale.
