MY HUSBAND CALLED FLETCHERS ON SAT. MORNING TO INQUIRE ABOUT A USED VEHICLE ADVERTISED IN OUR LOCAL PAPER. HE SPOKE WITH MICHAEL O'SULLIVAN AND WAS PLEASED AT WHAT HE WAS HEARING SO OFF WE WENT. WHEN WE ABOUT A USED VEHICLE ADVERTISED IN OUR LOCAL PAPER. HE SPOKE WITH MICHAEL O'SULLIVAN AND WAS PLEASED AT WHAT HE WAS HEARING SO OFF WE WENT. WHEN WE GOT THERE MIKE WAS WAITING FOR US AND VERY HELPFUL IN SELECTING VEHICLES TO TEST DRIVE. IN THE END I DECIDED ON THE JEEP COMPASS WHICH I AM VERY PLEASED WITH ! WE WERE IN A BAD SITUATION WITH THE FINANCIAL END OF THE CAR WE TRADED IN BUT MIKE WAS VERY REASSURING AND ENCOURAGING THAT THEY COULD HELP. WE THOUGHT WE WERE STUCK BUT FLETCHERS REALLY CAME THROUGH FOR US! WE LEFT THERE IN A SHORT TIME WITH SMILES ON OUR FACES, CAUSE WE HAD A NEW CAR, LOWER PAYMENTS, AND A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE POWERTRAIN. WE HAD A GREAT SALESMAN AND AND IT SEEMED EVERYONE PULLED TOGETHER TO HELP US. WE GOT EXCELLENT SERVICE SO I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND FLETCHERS ! More
I've worked for GM for over 30 years and drove GM cars for more than 20 years but bought my last 5 cars from Fletcher ( 4 used and 1 new). It's a different experience than I have had at any other dealer. Customer service in the showroom as well as service for my last oil change and bit of warranty work is second to none. They are always ready to go the extra mile to get me in and out quickly and do a great job. Very reasonable prices in service and at this point I always go there first when I'm in need of a car or any kind of service. From my perspective every employee I've dealt with at Fletcher has given me the best customer service experience I've ever encountered at any dealership. More
I called Fletchers on a Friday morning to have them check some numbers for me on a trade-in, 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, because I was in a negative equity situation with my current vehicle, a 2007 Hyundai T some numbers for me on a trade-in, 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, because I was in a negative equity situation with my current vehicle, a 2007 Hyundai Tuscon. They called me back in the afternoon and told me they could help me get out of my vehicle and into the Jeep and be in the payment range I wanted to be in. They had the financing done and the deal was already made before I made the 3 hour trip down to see them. Ron Mills had all the information he needed to get everything taken care of before we arrived. I had talked with the Finance Manager, Keith White, and he told me he could have me done with the paperwork in less than 45 minutes. It was closer to 30 minutes and we were cleaning out our vehicle and loading up in our 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon to make the 3 hour trip back home to make another appointment we had at 2:00 p.m. From the time we walked in until we were driving away, we were treated like we were important and with respect the whole time. Thank you Fletchers and I hope to be able to do business with them again!! More

I would like to retract my second review posted 5/28/10. I have since returned to the dealership and they have gone to great lengths to rectify the problem. I was contacted by them even before I returned this morning. This all appears to be the result of misunderstandings/miscommunications. I would like to commend and thank the management at Fletcher Dodge for putting the customer (me) first and making sure I am a satisfied customer, which I now am. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. My one suggestion would be to make sure, beyond any doubt, that the customer is, in fact, getting what they think they are buying. We all know what the word ASSUME can mean. Thank you Fletcher Dodge for your understanding and response. More

I had dealt with Fletcher in the past but I had been out of state for four years so i figured things had changed at Fletcher. I WAS WRONG. They are still willing to do what ever it takes to get the job done. Anyone would be greatly benefitted by giving these guys a chance. More
Good deal and Brad worked hard to get me a good deal. Would have liked to have had a little longer warranty on the truck as the dealer was 60 miles from my home.
