I was greeted with a smile when I entered the building, I asked if Rich Mcgee was in and was told it was his day off and asked if she could help me. I told her what i wanted to talk to him about and she dir asked if Rich Mcgee was in and was told it was his day off and asked if she could help me. JJ asked if he could help me with a smile and I told him, he then started dialing the cell phone number for Rich McGee and then handed me the phone and Rcih told me who would beable to help me until he returned and told me to call him if I had any concerns or difficulty. JJ then called a salesperson over, Sean and he talked with me and then we walked outside to see what I would like to test drive. I test drove one and realized they did not have exactly what I wanted on there lot, but said they would get it for me. I then was introduced to Eric the Finance Manager and signed the paperwork while the deliver person went to another city to pick up my new vehicle. Rich came all the way back in to work to make sure I was being treated as I had wished and aksed if there was anything he could help me with and i told him I was in good hands. The only other thing I would have asked for would to have been able to see more customers get the opportunity and pleasure to deal with Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep as I have. I will refer my friends and family to this GREAT dealer. I left with a new 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4x4 and love it, I have nicknamed it the Silver Bullet.
