The staff that I worked with were all extremely friendly and professional. I never felt the usual hard sales pressure that is typical from a car dealership. I could not have asked for a better salesman! Mr Giles treated me like family when he accepted my hug when he sold me my 300. The atmosphere at Fletcher's was warming, even on that cloudy day. I was not pressured to buy anything, but was shown the car I wanted and was put in it at the end. Of course any car purchase will hit you in the wallet, but Mr Giles was able to get the me into the price range I was willing to pay without any trouble. I was greeted with a smile when I entered the building, I asked if Rich Mcgee was in and was told it was his day off and asked if she could help me. I told her what i wanted to talk to him about and she dir asked if Rich Mcgee was in and was told it was his day off and asked if she could help me. JJ asked if he could help me with a smile and I told him, he then started dialing the cell phone number for Rich McGee and then handed me the phone and Rcih told me who would beable to help me until he returned and told me to call him if I had any concerns or difficulty. JJ then called a salesperson over, Sean and he talked with me and then we walked outside to see what I would like to test drive. I test drove one and realized they did not have exactly what I wanted on there lot, but said they would get it for me. I then was introduced to Eric the Finance Manager and signed the paperwork while the deliver person went to another city to pick up my new vehicle. Rich came all the way back in to work to make sure I was being treated as I had wished and aksed if there was anything he could help me with and i told him I was in good hands. The only other thing I would have asked for would to have been able to see more customers get the opportunity and pleasure to deal with Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep as I have. I will refer my friends and family to this GREAT dealer. I left with a new 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4x4 and love it, I have nicknamed it the Silver Bullet. This is my third time purchasing or leasing a vehicle from Fletcher. I have made a commitment to continue doing business at Fletcher as I have always been provided great service. But the fact that Fletcher did not stay on top of their word this time around really disappoints me. We were informed if we purchased our vehicle over the weekend (Saturday), Fletcher would hold our down payment until the following week when we were to receive our paychecks. We spent several hours at Fletcher and discussed these circumstances with several employees (Michael Lukich, Dave Carmandy, and the financing individual, Eric, I believe). They said this was not a problem, and would be taken care of in that manner. When my husband arrived the following Monday with our down payment check he reiterated to the individual he provided the check to that it was not to be processed until Friday as that was discussed throughout our purchasing process. The individual said alright and that he would pass the check on to the appropriate person. The check was cashed on Tuesday, causing us to overdraft and possibly obtain late fees with our mortgage company, which was also coming out of our account this week, hence why we wanted to wait for the check to be cashed Friday. You may say, "that's your fault for not being on top of your finances." I am on top of my finances constantly, am an accountant, and know my cash flow. If Fletcher would've kept their word, we wouldn't have a problem, as none of these circumstances would've occurred. I will be sure to note this when discussing where I purchased my vehicle in the future, unless something is done to take care of the lack of commitment. Again, Fletcher has always taken care of me and my family and our vehicles, but this was extremely disappointing this time around. More
