Fletcher Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Car shopping is not something I like to do. I spent four weeks looking for a vehicle on line and visiting various dealerships. Last Friday I found a SUV on line that I was interested in looking at. I made an appointment and when I got there, Dick Giles assisted me. I immediately felt comfortable in knowing I was in capable hands. I have purchased two vehicles from Dick in the past. I told Dick what I was looking for and what price range I wanted to stay in. He found several SUV's and had me test drive them all. I drove the Sante Fe, it was in great condition and the price was reasonable. The only concern I had was the interior was dirty and smelled like an animal. Dick had me bring the SUV in on Monday and had this taken care of. He sent me to work with a loaner car and an employee drove my Sante Fe to my work later that day. Dick also generousely sent my vehicle back with a full tank of gas. I am very happy with the service I received from Fletcher Chrysler and Dick. I will happily send anyone looking to purchase a vehicle his way. More

Everyone at Fletcher was wonderful. My only complaint would be that the used car we bought had crumbs on the seats and floors, multiple pieces of trash and an old comb. Jason is great at explaining the vehicle. I never felt like I was being fast talked or pressured. He got me the vehicle I wanted from another dealership within 1 day and I purchased it the next day.
