Everyone at Fletcher was wonderful. My only complaint would be that the used car we bought had crumbs on the seats and floors, multiple pieces of trash and an old comb. Jason is great at explaining the vehicle. I never felt like I was being fast talked or pressured. He got me the vehicle I wanted from another dealership within 1 day and I purchased it the next day. Offered and test drive and was VERY helpful to getting specific information which I needed. The downside to the purchase and why I rated it as good, NOT great, was the truck only had one key fob which will cost $250 and a trip to the service department for programming. Don't think having two keys is unreasonable, but we didn't ask. Never purchased a vehicle that didn't have two keys. Guess we have now. More
