While our overall experience was good other dealerships were giving incentives such as free gas for a year or oil changes for the first 2 years, 32 inch HDTV. The $4000.00 cash back was something that mad were giving incentives such as free gas for a year or oil changes for the first 2 years, 32 inch HDTV. The $4000.00 cash back was something that made me take notice. Another dealership offered us $5000.00 and a free vacation. Every suggestion made for an incentive oil changes or free gas was met with "we don't do that". You might reconsider because when people asked us how our experience was and what incentives we got to buy at Fletcher we only could say $4000.00. Two of our friends said if we had bought a Rav 4 we could have received gas free gas for a year. They liked the Jeep but were taking the $5000.00 and the free gas for a year over the Jeep products. So I feel like we would have given a better rating if we would have been offered an incentive such as the above. More

I think over all it was a great experience. I would think that would be one of the things that the service department would fix upon inspection considering other service was completed on the car. Mr Giles started off giving us wrong price he was very friendly but even after the deal he did not inform of wrong price (Was 2,000.00 less than quoted) ! Eric Johnson did not inform of insurance was 100 friendly but even after the deal he did not inform of wrong price (Was 2,000.00 less than quoted) ! Eric Johnson did not inform of insurance was 100 deductable every time we used it after asking 2 times if there would be no cost to us parts and labor he still insisted there would be no cost! One form was folded over and did not show what he had added on without knowledge. He did not go over any of the paperwork with us on cost and charges . Added on things we did not know. Kept us talking and just signing about everyday things instead of telling us he was ripping us off ! I am waiting on a 299.00 check at this time for a security they put in contract not told to us! Very upset at ourselves for letting are guard down. Do not trust Eric Johnson after chatting with him over this he made rude remarks and also told me why should he work with us if we would never buy another car there!!! We were very rushed into this car for they did'nt want us to get away sending it home on a Saturday evening closing time! Watch out for this guy he will not be honest ! He also when I ask why he didnt tell us about the cost he added on he said it was on the paper !!!! He sure had time to tell us about his step son, wife and his cell phone was dead he had to charge it ! UGH ! We were made total fools ! Sickened by this deal ! After I bought the truck, I noticed the cup holders were missing. I call Dana to see if maybe they removed them while cleaning the truck or if they were just gone all together. Very friendly and I would definitely go back for my next vehicle. They had to go to Tennessee to get the exact truck I wanted since they didn't have it on their lot.
