I researched vehicles for two months prior to my visit. I had planned on buying a competitors make. My wife and I were in the other dealership close to four hours,it was not pleasent. When we walked in the door at Fletcher's it felt "right", very comfortable. Doug listened to what we were looking for, took us out and showed us cars that matched our wants and inless than 2 hours we drove home in the car we wanted. Eric Johnson was very helpfull also. Helped save us money with the financing. Overall, buying a car at Fletcher's was a good experience. Everyone we had contact with very friendly, polite and helpfull. I will buy from them again. More

The service was very good. We did not have any work done, so I have nothing to base their quality of work on. Everyone with whom we spoke were very friendly. The overall experience was greatly diminished by the trade in price ($5,000.00) we received for both of our two vehicles (2001 Ford Windstar, and a 1992, Harley-Davidson FLHS Electra Glide Sport Model). An Internet inquiry into the value of both vehicles shows that the value of the Windstar with 120,000+ miles runs from $2,000.00 to $4,000.00; and the value of the FLHS runs from $5,200.00 (72,018 miles) to $7,995.00 (27,876 miles). As far as the price is concerned, I think it was representative of other dealers, but certainly not great. I want to make sure that it is clear that Jason Wright was nothing but helpful, throughout our experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend that someone contact him to purchase a Chrysler. More
Although we live 1/2 mile from another Jeep dealer, I have not had good service experiences with that dealer (and know of others who have had similar problems more recently). I don't really have the words for how wonderful my experience with Fletcher has been. I am a single woman so I get taken advantage of at times. I had purchased a car in March from a dealer in Columbus experience with Fletcher has been. I am a single woman so I get taken advantage of at times. I had purchased a car in March from a dealer in Columbus and was lied to about several things concerning the car. I was not satisfied with the car and very unhappy about my purchase. I was told that I would be too "upside down" in my loan to be able to do anything with only having it for a few months but I decided to try anyway. From the moment I had my live chat with Dick Giles on the internet as I looked at inventory I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me if he could. No promises but he said he would do everything in his power to get me out of that car and into something I really wanted. Dick also told me he would not have me drive up to Fletcher until he was sure he could do something. He called me on Thursday evening and told me to be up there Saturday morning. Imagine my excitement when he told me what he was working on was not only an SUV; a Dodge Journey, which is what I wanted BUT a BRAND NEW one!!. I have never had a brand new vehicle before. My stipulation was I wanted my payment to stay the same. It changed by around $30 bucks, and I am in a bigger more user friendly vehicle that I am in love with. Everyone was as nice as nice can be and I could just tell that no one was trying to put on airs or make something sound better than it was. It was real!! I will never shop anywhere again and plan on telling everyone I know that if they need a car, van, or truck they need to see Fletcher. Period. I love you!! More
