Fletcher Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I don't really have the words for how wonderful my experience with Fletcher has been. I am a single woman so I get taken advantage of at times. I had purchased a car in March from a dealer in Columbus and was lied to about several things concerning the car. I was not satisfied with the car and very unhappy about my purchase. I was told that I would be too "upside down" in my loan to be able to do anything with only having it for a few months but I decided to try anyway. From the moment I had my live chat with Dick Giles on the internet as I looked at inventory I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me if he could. No promises but he said he would do everything in his power to get me out of that car and into something I really wanted. Dick also told me he would not have me drive up to Fletcher until he was sure he could do something. He called me on Thursday evening and told me to be up there Saturday morning. Imagine my excitement when he told me what he was working on was not only an SUV; a Dodge Journey, which is what I wanted BUT a BRAND NEW one!!. I have never had a brand new vehicle before. My stipulation was I wanted my payment to stay the same. It changed by around $30 bucks, and I am in a bigger more user friendly vehicle that I am in love with. Everyone was as nice as nice can be and I could just tell that no one was trying to put on airs or make something sound better than it was. It was real!! I will never shop anywhere again and plan on telling everyone I know that if they need a car, van, or truck they need to see Fletcher. Period. I love you!! More

Car shopping is not something I like to do. I spent four weeks looking for a vehicle on line and visiting various dealerships. Last Friday I found a SUV on line that I was interested in looking at. I made an appointment and when I got there, Dick Giles assisted me. I immediately felt comfortable in knowing I was in capable hands. I have purchased two vehicles from Dick in the past. I told Dick what I was looking for and what price range I wanted to stay in. He found several SUV's and had me test drive them all. I drove the Sante Fe, it was in great condition and the price was reasonable. The only concern I had was the interior was dirty and smelled like an animal. Dick had me bring the SUV in on Monday and had this taken care of. He sent me to work with a loaner car and an employee drove my Sante Fe to my work later that day. Dick also generousely sent my vehicle back with a full tank of gas. I am very happy with the service I received from Fletcher Chrysler and Dick. I will happily send anyone looking to purchase a vehicle his way. More

Everyone at Fletcher was wonderful. My only complaint would be that the used car we bought had crumbs on the seats and floors, multiple pieces of trash and an old comb. Jason is great at explaining the vehicle. I never felt like I was being fast talked or pressured. He got me the vehicle I wanted from another dealership within 1 day and I purchased it the next day.
