Jason is great at explaining the vehicle. I never felt like I was being fast talked or pressured. He got me the vehicle I wanted from another dealership within 1 day and I purchased it the next day. Offered and test drive and was VERY helpful to getting specific information which I needed. The downside to the purchase and why I rated it as good, NOT great, was the truck only had one key fob which will cost $250 and a trip to the service department for programming. Don't think having two keys is unreasonable, but we didn't ask. Never purchased a vehicle that didn't have two keys. Guess we have now. More

While our overall experience was good other dealerships were giving incentives such as free gas for a year or oil changes for the first 2 years, 32 inch HDTV. The $4000.00 cash back was something that mad were giving incentives such as free gas for a year or oil changes for the first 2 years, 32 inch HDTV. The $4000.00 cash back was something that made me take notice. Another dealership offered us $5000.00 and a free vacation. Every suggestion made for an incentive oil changes or free gas was met with "we don't do that". You might reconsider because when people asked us how our experience was and what incentives we got to buy at Fletcher we only could say $4000.00. Two of our friends said if we had bought a Rav 4 we could have received gas free gas for a year. They liked the Jeep but were taking the $5000.00 and the free gas for a year over the Jeep products. So I feel like we would have given a better rating if we would have been offered an incentive such as the above. More

I think over all it was a great experience. The only thing I have complaint about is the fact that we bought a used vehicle and as we were leaving the lot my wife was following in our just purchased ca thing I have complaint about is the fact that we bought a used vehicle and as we were leaving the lot my wife was following in our just purchased car and I looked in my rear view and noticed that one of the headlights her out. I would think that would be one of the things that the service department would fix upon inspection considering other service was completed on the car. But that's a small issue, so overall I'm pleased. More
