I researched vehicles for two months prior to my visit. I had planned on buying a competitors make. My wife and I were in the other dealership close to four hours,it was not pleasent. The service was very good. We did not have any work done, so I have nothing to base their quality of work on. Everyone with whom we spoke were very friendly. The overall experience was greatly diminished by the trade in price ($5,000.00) we received for both of our two vehicles (2001 Ford Windstar, and a 1992, Harley-Davidson FLHS Electra Glide Sport Model). An Internet inquiry into the value of both vehicles shows that the value of the Windstar with 120,000+ miles runs from $2,000.00 to $4,000.00; and the value of the FLHS runs from $5,200.00 (72,018 miles) to $7,995.00 (27,876 miles). As far as the price is concerned, I think it was representative of other dealers, but certainly not great. I want to make sure that it is clear that Jason Wright was nothing but helpful, throughout our experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend that someone contact him to purchase a Chrysler. More

Although we live 1/2 mile from another Jeep dealer, I have not had good service experiences with that dealer (and know of others who have had similar problems more recently).
