Jake stepped in and did a great job when Jason could not be there at delivery. The only negative, and it's a minor one, is that our new Jeep wasn't fully prepped and detailed prior to us taking delivery. I'm sure they were rushing to get it completed while we were there, and it wasn't that inconvenient for us, but it would have been better if it had been completed earlier. Obviously if that's the only complaint then the whole process was handled very well from start to finish. Thank you everyone at Fletcher for making our purchase an easy and friendly one. More

I knew they had the vehicle I wanted as I'd seen it listed in their inventory on the internet, but I'd have to see how things would go before committing to a purchase. Jason Wright drew the short straw, so he had to deal with me. I found him to be low key (which I liked) and knowledgeable about the SUV's we looked at. When he showed me the offer for the new Durango with discounts and my trade value, it was pretty close to what I had in mind. Any car buyer has to come back with a lower counter-offer and if I had I'm sure we would have come to an agreement with a lower price, but I didn't. I thought it was fair enough for both parties. Profit isn't a bad word in my vocabulary and people have families to provide for and bills to pay. Jason earned his share of the sale and I wanted him to have it. I was pleased with the total experience at Fletcher and I would certainly recommend the dealership to others. More
