My husband called ahead and spoke with Sam, so the vehicle was filled with gas and ready to go. Fletcher gave us a fair price on our trade-in and on the new vehicle. Ian Cress took the time to demonstrate some of the new "high-tech" features. The only "issue" we had at all was waiting to sign all of the paperwork, and that was just because they were so busy that evening.
