The experience was so pleasant, I went back yesterday and purchased another, July 6, 2019. Once again, I was more than satisfied. My sales people were Michael Gillespie and Ralph O’Meara. A torrential rain event broke out and while Ralph worked on my trade in value inside, poor Michael got soaked running back and forth bringing the cars I was interested in under cover so I can check them out and stay dry. Once I decided on one, Ralph worked on the numbers - all by hand as the computers had gone down. The price was right, the trade in value more than fair and the deal was completed smoothly and quickly. Both Michael and Ralph were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. No high pressure sales pitch. No “threats” that the offers were only good for today. No forcing my decision. From start to finish the transaction was a pleasure. I also should add, my cars were always serviced at Flagler Jeep as well and I have been pleased with that as well. All in all, if you need a car, visit them at Flagler Jeep on Rt100 in Palm Coast. Terrible Service Department I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I also asked that they checked the ATS light that was on since the new battery was insta I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I also asked that they checked the ATS light that was on since the new battery was installed in August. I was told to be there at 7:30 for they do not take appointments. By 8:45, car was not done, so I asked and was told mechanics don't come in till 0800. By 0915, still no car, but I watched complete chaos at the desk. Couldn't find my papers etc. At checkout I was told I needed a new ABS sensor, that the car was unsafe to drive and the cost would be over $800.00! That wasn't even the sensor that was illuminated. Needles to say I just requested to leave for I knew they didn't check anything or didn't know what they were doing. I am now skeptical of the work they stated to have done! I went home and called Palm Coast Auto repair and was given a 2:00 pm appointment. They took my car right in and within 30 minutes, they turned off the ATS light, something about a yaw sensor and there would be no charge as it was diagnostic. The service at Palm Coast auto repair was professional and organized. I suggest you go to them, for that is who I will use from now on. More

2010 Dodge 1500 I just bought a 2010 Dodge 1500 This December 2018, I thought all was well but the truck was found to be damaged. The AC doesn't work and the back up lights do not work. Both light bulbs were burns out and the switch that operates the reverse lights is defected. When I purchased this truck I asked if the truck was given a check up and I was insured the this truck had been checked out. I am very disappointed and will never trust Flagler Dodge again. I was lied to my face by Ramon Esterban and Jacob Patsh. These guys are not to be trusted. I called and spoke with Jacob and all he could say was he was sorry but the sale is final with no warranty and nothing would be done but I could try some new light bulbs but the switch in the transmission needs replaced. I also found the the AC blower problem is something that is a known problem and was not fixed by Flagler Dodge. I spoke with Ramon Esterban and he said he would help me with the back up lights but not the AC. I stated that he said that the truck was checked out before the purchase and Ramon said that he would not help me out since I said that he check the truck out. He is a real thief and I would never look to Flagler Dodge. Ramon said that the truck was owned by some old guy and is in excellent shape, buyer be-ware of ramon. More

Con artists After a mass mailing, offering $10 to visit them you get nothing.
