Dishonest dealership that marks up their trade-in vehicles $5,000+ dollars without fixing anything on them. They will not even clean them up for test drives or delivery. I am an almost 49 years old female and I can say that this is the first time that I am writing a negative review. I brought my sons vehicle to the Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership to get an est this is the first time that I am writing a negative review. I brought my sons vehicle to the Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership to get an estimate on fixing his A/C- driver's side was not blowing very cold and estimate to balance/ rotate tires. I was extremely clear that my son was in the military and was being sent to another area. I clearly instructed them to not do anything and to just get me an estimate. I would get that to him to see how he wanted to proceed. The bill was over $1,200. and my son decided to wait on the repair. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was charged a diagnostic fee. I know in the future to ask about that but it would have been nice to have been told that. They did the tire rotation and balancing also, which I did not authorize and I was not going to pay for it. The "gentleman" was insistent that I did authorize it in which he is either mistaken (because I was extremely clear about it- the tire rotation and balance was also on the estimate that they emailed me) or he was lying. I paid a mechanic 1/5 th of the price I was given by the dealership. Almost none of the repairs that they said were needed actually were. His A/C is fully operational now. The main reason that I am writing this is that they wouldn't even pull my car up to the front when I was leaving. I had to go in the back behind the gate where they lock them up for the night. Absolutely classless! I hope that you never do that to an elderly person. More
Tried to buy a used car and thought we had a deal. They refused to stand up and fulfill their end. I walked away. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Many have similar problem so I went to Flagler Chrysler to see their recommendation or solution. First thing they commented on when seeing I was from Va. was all the lemons sold by my dealer up there. Then they looked at my screen and claimed to never have seen that or heard of anyone else with the problem. They didn't want to attempt repair since I couldn't leave the car for them. They suggested nothing. Totally useless with zero concern. I suggested they google the problem as I did and they would see that this is an ongoing problem everywhere with Pacificas. Yet they had never before been aware of such a problem. Never again will I buy a Chrysler. The cars and the service are worthless. Bankruptcy would be best for all concerned. There is no value added when dealing with a company like that. More
Worst dealership ever-both sales and service deplorable Bought “CPO” T&C with 17k. Have owned several minivans but this is the worst situation I have ever experienced. Towed to dealership with AAA and a couple days later was told it needed new transmission. The service adviser made light of the fact that it would cost $4300 to repair. I said it should be covers under my CPO which is to 100k. Well no they never made the car CPO and I still purchased a $1200.00 service contract. The service advisor says he spoke to zone rep and it would not be covered. I called Chrysler customer service number and after a couple days received an offer of being able to pay $1000 and Chrysler would cover the rest. The dealership service people seemed very upset about this and seemed to attempt to sabotage this offer from Chrysler. They lied to us about completion time and said the “area manager” Wanda will not agree to repair and she has the authority over the Chrysler customer care center. This went on for 35 days. My wife had no car to care for her 3 grandchildren. The sales manager Pete (who is no longer at dealership) tried to help my wife and gave us a used car to drive for 2 days partway through this drama. In the meantime she got the flu and had a 102 fever. We told them to come get car since she could not go out. The “loaner car” which we couldn’t drive since the agreement expired sat in our garage and then our driveway for over 2 weeks without being driven. All the time we could not get an answer on our car despite repeated calls to the service department and to Amy, the supposed acting service director. About 25 days into this ridiculousness Amy spoke to my wife and said they would call the police if we didn’t return the car. We had contact the dealership no less than 6 times to pick it up and they finally did. Well 30days into this I was able to find the email address to one of the vice-president of Chrysler and within a day he had someone call me back and I had the car back a couple days later paying the $1000 I was offered at the beginning some 25 days earlier. We left repeated messages for the owner Mindy Miller and she never and even up till now has never called us at all about her dealership. We have purchased at least 6 cars from this dealership and you would think that they would care for their customers. This is a horrible dealership. The service department is horrible. The sales department is horrible. Please please please never go to this dealership. Do not buy a car there or have any service there. They constantly lie and do not care at all about their customers. This starts from the top and Ms Miller obviously does not care how bad her reputation or her dealerships reputation is. STAY AWAY from this horrible horrible dealership More

I drove an hour to purchase a new Ram 1500 and worked with Caylin Murray (Internet sales). I was not pressured one time starting with our communication online then on the phone and once I arrived at the dealership. She had the truck waiting for me to take a test drive and the purchase could not have been any easier. Once I went back to finance I met with Buck Day and he was pleasure to work with. He worked extremely hard, went above and beyond and did everything he could to help me get the payment I needed. My buying experience with these two at Flagler Dodge was outstanding and I will tell anyone I know to take the hour drive and see these guys for their next purchase. More

Horrible Customer Service! If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a Jeep on a Friday and asked during test drive if there was 2 keys to vehicle. They told me yes as key ring said 1 of 2, as I was doing paperwork they could not find key. They said it was probably in service but service was closed and they would send me they key or call me to pick it up. I stop in on Monday where they first acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about then looked around and said they still hadn’t found it and would call me. No calls to me were ever made. I made 5 calls in a week and a half period only each time to leave a message. Then 2 weeks after purchase I talk to sales Mgr Kyle Hash who tells me there is no 2nd key and they won’t make me one, basically I’m SOL, not even an apology. Terrible customer service! Don’t go here!! More
