1-2 weeks for Oil Change When I asked how long of a wait for an oil change on my new Ram 1500 they said 1-2 weeks. 1-2 weeks? Don't you have an Express Lane like other Dodge/R When I asked how long of a wait for an oil change on my new Ram 1500 they said 1-2 weeks. 1-2 weeks? Don't you have an Express Lane like other Dodge/Ram dealers? No they said, you have to make an appointment. When I asked if they honored the Mopar specials as seen on my personal Mopar owner's page, they said no. I might have gotten a good deal on my vehicle from Flagler Dodge, but their service department is second rate. I ended up driving 20 miles south to Daytona Dodge where they changed my oil in the Express Lane (within 45 minutes) AND honored the Mopar corporate coupons. Sadly, I will never return to Flagler Dodge ever again. More

Otherwise I would never spend a dollar at this place solely because of the General Sales Manager - RAMON ESTEBAN! This person is extremely rude, impolite, arrogant and supercilious! It's a shame because the rest of the staff is very helpful and nice, but he kills it for everyone working there. After I bought a $60,000+ car, he kept on just looking at me and did not even say thank you or congratulations or something in that sense!!! Unbelievable.... On the other hand, Lena and Buck are very helpful and are willing to go way out of their way! More
