I have been buying and trading in cars to this dealership since 2018. In 2018, while I was still residing in Hawaii and my wife was handling our move to Maryland, I purchased a New Forester totally online. I since 2018. In 2021, I purchased a new Outback from them and traded in a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and the 2018 Forester and got a great price (Thank you COVID and supply chain issues for raising the market value of used cars). In February of 2024, I traded in the 2021 Outback and intended to buy a new outback but the wife saw and drove a 2024 cosmic blue legacy that she liked better (happy wife, happy life). So, I bought the Legacy. At that time we had a minor disagreement regarding the trade in value of the Outback. I showed them the offer from CarMax and they matched it immediately. I have religiously gotten all servicing done by this dealership and have never had a service problem. Yes, I trade cars every three years, sometimes financing and sometimes paying cash. It all depends on the deal. Every transaction has been with aloha. On February 24, 2026, I took the Legacy in for 24 months servicing and that is the reason for this review. The service advisor was Matthew Clark and he was great. Will I trade again in 2027? Most likely but Subaru stopped making the Legacy sedan in 2025 and at my age the off roading days are over so I may be looking at other brands Did I get paid for this review? No. I routinely read reviews concerning this dealership and others within 50 miles. Recently this dealership took a bit of a hit because the car wash had been down for the month of February. Hello, This has been the longest sustained period of cold weather here in Montgomery county since like forever? I gave this dealership 5 stars because they earned them. More

This dealership is consistent with great customer service. I went in yesterday to have my car checked for a long trip (they call it a safety check) and they got my car in and out within an hour for n service.
