Fitzgerald Subaru of Rockville is overall a good place to get your car serviced. They are fairly quick and communicate well. The prices are a bit high but that is to be expected from a dealership. The only thing that was slightly annoying was that the valet drivers moved the seat, steering wheel, and side mirror positions which I had to reset when I got my car back. This is not a huge deal but just wondering if it’s necessary since they were only driving it around the building. I can understand if these things are adjusted for a thorough test drive on the street but not when the car just gets moved around on the dealer lot. Nevertheless, my overall experience so far with this place over the past year has been good. More

Reliable and effective service. Good space to wait. Scheduled oil change and "free" car wash took about 1hr 45 min, which seems slow as I arrived for appointment (8 am) 10 min Good space to wait. Scheduled oil change and "free" car wash took about 1hr 45 min, which seems slow as I arrived for appointment (8 am) 10 min early and was told there wasn't much ahead of me. Dealership pricing is higher than competitors, as expected. Negatives: Over the past 7 mo (since my last service), started to tack on 3% for using credit card. However, email reminders about time for service and more importantly email and txt confirmation of appointment DID NOT MENTION new extra charge. Mailed and emailed "Discount" coupons were NOT accepted because "oil change was already discounted"? Didn't seem to make sense and not clear on mailed and emailed discount coupons. More
