refusal to help We leased a 2019 Ford Escape on 8/31/19.....our 4th lease with them...drove brand new lease to Virginia beach for vacation on 9/9..two weeks later...o We leased a 2019 Ford Escape on 8/31/19.....our 4th lease with them...drove brand new lease to Virginia beach for vacation on 9/9..two weeks later...on return trip home to Rhode Island ...steering fault alert appeared as an alert to have serviced asap.... after stopping in rest area for food..go to start car..steering totally locked up...called for road side assistance who said they would send tow truck....3 hrs later..tow truck then towed to dealership in New Jersey...New Jersey dealership said they would pay for us to stay in hotel and wait for them to service car following day or rent a car to get home...we chose to rent car to get home....contact Fall River ford to let them know of situation and they need to send someone back to NJ to get my car....nope..they said they can't but will reimburse me for my time and aggravation......so now I have to take another day off from work to return rental and get my car...totally not acceptable! And the fact that I now have to drive in fear that this may happen again! Setup up Fall River Ford and do the right thing! Get my car back! So all of my memories of a wonderful vacation have been diminished due to mechanical breakdown on a brand new 2019 Ford Escape! More

There was no pressure to buy whatsoever and when we decided to buy, he was helpful with the paper work. This was our first time buying new and it can be a little overwhelming but Freddy made it much less stressful. He called when he said he would and when we picked up the car, it was detailed beautifully, had a full tank of gas and he even took our picture in front of the car. Great experience! I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends and when its time to get another car, we will be coming in to see our new friend! More
