Scheduled Appointment to Replace Recalled Air Bag I had scheduled an appointment to replace my recalled air bag on my Lincoln MKZ. The dealership said it should take about 1-1/2 to 2 hours to complete I had scheduled an appointment to replace my recalled air bag on my Lincoln MKZ. The dealership said it should take about 1-1/2 to 2 hours to complete. I then received a call an 1-1/2 after the drop-off of my vehicle from the service manager stating that my part would be ordered and I would need to return to get the job completed. They never had the part in stock so why did I have to wait almost 2 hrs. to be notified??? I waisted 3-1/2 hours of my day (vacation time from work) and had to return at a later date to have it installed which took another 3-1/2 hours. There was no compensation at all for my lost time & inconvenience!! Very disappointed, Proud Lincoln Owner More
