Received a warning on my dash regarding exhaust fluid system fault( vehicle is a 2014 f250 diesel). Message stated vehicle speed would be limited to 50mph in 50 miles. Talked to Nick at service desk and system fault( vehicle is a 2014 f250 diesel). Message stated vehicle speed would be limited to 50mph in 50 miles. Unfortunately the truck they got in wasn't what I wanted. They went into A-Team mode and worked diligently to make it right. I'm very impressed. I'm getting exactly what I wanted. The deal they made for me was incredible. I went to Ram and Chevy during the waiting and they couldn't touch it. I did a couple months of research and they made the best deal for me, I have no doubt. Kudos to Rob Rocha, Steve Day, Marc Gauthier and Jay Vasconcellos for making this happen. Thank you guys, you came through for me and I appreciate it.
