The appointment was set up quickly around my schedule. I went with the technician to diagnose the problem with the vehicle and he was extremely knowledgeable with the issue. The individual that performed the repair is considered one of the best fixing transmissions and I believed it after driving my car once the repair was finished. The car shifts better than when the vehicle was brand new. I want to thank the Service Department at First Ford Fall River, MA for an outstanding job! More
