We’ve been back 3 times for service and I must say the service is second to none. On this visit we had Nick as our salesman he was straight up about what he could offer and what was available I don’t usually go to the dealer for tires they tend to be pricey but when he beat town fair tires price I knew I was getting a great deal. I didn’t have to try and bargain price with him he beat them all and I always get 3 quotes when purchasing something he even fit our car in right away. These guys are doing a wonderful job I will be back. More
Paid for balancing new tires twice On or about August 30, 2018, I brought my 2014 ford f350 lariat 4x4 In for a new set of Michelin tires and an alignment. $1600.00 and 5 hours later i On or about August 30, 2018, I brought my 2014 ford f350 lariat 4x4 In for a new set of Michelin tires and an alignment. $1600.00 and 5 hours later i left with my truck, noticed a new vibration in the front end while driving 60-70 mph. Had no time to take it back so I figured I'd get to it. Well 2 and a half months later took it in to be checked. Long story short, had to pay for another balancing of the tires with about 3000 miles on them. After doing business with this dealership over the past 5 years at the tune of about 115,000 dollars they have lost a loyal customer over a $70.00 tire balancing bill. Bye bye, First Ford. More
Unimpressed with service dept. Have brought truck in twice for regular service. First time truck was nearly a full quart low after an oil change, oil was so low it didn't register o Have brought truck in twice for regular service. First time truck was nearly a full quart low after an oil change, oil was so low it didn't register on dipstick, luckily just out of habit of doing my own oil changes I usually check oil level after it sits. 2nd visit interior of my truck was filthy when I picked up, less than a week after I spent an hour plus cleaning the inside. If the maintenance wasn't covered for the first few visits there is no way I'd actually pay money to have service done there. More
