Great!! I recently took my car in to get serviced. I had a lot of work to do so I figured I would sit and do my work while I waited. Unfortunately I forgot my I recently took my car in to get serviced. I had a lot of work to do so I figured I would sit and do my work while I waited. Unfortunately I forgot my laptop charger and it was almost dead, I would not have been able to do any of my work that was due that day. One of the workers offered to bring me by my house to get it. Within 20 minutes I was back at the dealership sitting comfortably doing my work and waiting for my car to be done. I could not be more thankful for that extremely kind gesture, which turned my extremely frustrating Monday right around. The service department let me know I needed new tires, and gave me a great deal on 4 new tires! And on top of all of this- I had called that morning and was able to get an appointment just a few hours later. I’m glad I bought my car from first ford and will continue to go there for service thanks to the great staff!! Thank you!! More
