Stay as far away as possible This dealership shoild be renamed First ford rip off artists,Let me start from the purchase,3 times they said the truck was ready,only to drive 40 mil This dealership shoild be renamed First ford rip off artists,Let me start from the purchase,3 times they said the truck was ready,only to drive 40 miles,and no registration done on two trips to thier dealership.though i have to give them credit the 3rd trip back they did figure out how to register it.I guess in car sales 101 no one told them you have to go to the registry.Secondly the f350 i bought was pre cerified with 52000 miles.During the signing and waiting over 3 hrs for paper work,the car fax was over looked by them.and us, when i did finally get to look up the car fax.it said the truck was damaged front and rear .CAlled them and they said it met all thier criteria for a pre certified cpo.then after 2100 miles brakes started to squeal, called them and said tough luck buddy you own it now.and at 2300 miles the tires were at 4/32 tirdepth ANOTHER 1200 DOLLARS SPENT FOR TIRES.Called them to complain and all i got was tough luck buddy you own it now.Then i noticed that the inspection sticker still was mass i live in RI.I also bought the ford premium extended warranty for 1670.00 a 84 month 125000 mile extended warranty contract that they said would go into effect after the cpo warranty expired,.anothe lie.the 84 mos extended warranty on top of the cpo 7 yrs 125000 would go back to the time the truck rolled ou of the factory in 2015.And im sure Im missing other things these are just what come to mind.So dont say you havent been warned.Stay as far away from First Ford as you can. Less than perfect service today...highly unusual! Good evening...I believe you guys are the best ford dealership in the area...so much so that i drive 30+ minutes to utilize your service department fo Good evening...I believe you guys are the best ford dealership in the area...so much so that i drive 30+ minutes to utilize your service department for work on my 2017 F350. I typically rate you 5 stars. However, today after rotating my tires and adjusting my alignment, my front tires were left at 80 psi vice 60 psi. Fortunately, I always check my tire pressure before driving the truck, otherwise it may have resulted in damage to my vehicle. I will continue to utilize the service department at First Ford...just a bit aggravated today in the limit of attention to detail. More

Think twice.. BOB HEBERT WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL, ROB ROCHA IS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL.. very high dealer fees compared to other dealers in the area. I needed BOB HEBERT WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL, ROB ROCHA IS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL.. very high dealer fees compared to other dealers in the area. I needed a truck with side steps because of just having back surgery and needed help getting in an out. Truck had side steps in online pictures, even a close Up picture of them. when I test drove truck the side steps were on the vehicle. Went to purchase truck, Sat at dealer from 8:30 am to 3:30 PM. After sale was complete I went to get in the truck, side steps were completely taken off. When I confronted Rob Rocha, he laughed in my face and pretty much said he took them off and there’s nothing he can do. Instead of causing a scene I struggled to get into my new truck as they watched through the window and I left, and now have to purchase sidesteps online and have to pay for them to be put in. I’m not going to tell you to stay away from first ford, but if you do deal with them, request that Rob Rocha have nothing to do with the deal and you’d like another manager to handle your sale More

The numbers were juggled around a little to much, and it appears as if the dealership was trying to sneak some more profit in by adjusting monthly payments. I did not appreciate this. Your online presence is terrible and your reviews are awful. As a business you need to fix this. I’m not to picky about not getting the car right away, but I have purchased vehicles in the past and got them the next day or same day. You should have better follow up, I visited the dealership once before I purchased and did not hear back. I had to make the call back, which is unheard of in car sales. All in all the people are good to work with, the process needs adjusting. More

Great buying experience Going in knowing what I wanted Steve Day, (my sales guru) made it even much more easier and enjoyable for me to decide and close the deal. Options were endless also broken down so that I can easily understand and make the best decision I’ve made in 2018. Needless to say I’m now a happy owner of a 2018 F-150 with all the bells and whistles at very cheap and manageable monthly price. More

They must have disrupted it during the service. I live over an hour away so i thought this would be fixed while i was there since i scheduled it ahead. They said i would have to come back again because they had to order clips. I can’t believe they don’t stock these. Now i have to drive back again for this. More
