Fast and Genuine Service I'm not a fan of car dealerships with pushy salespeople, impersonal service, and long wait times, so i was pleasantly surprised to find none of the ab I'm not a fan of car dealerships with pushy salespeople, impersonal service, and long wait times, so i was pleasantly surprised to find none of the above at First Ford. Kevin Vaillancourt was a huge help to my wife and I when trying to find the right vehicle. We don't typically buy new cars, so he guided us to an excellent deal on a certified pre-owned vehicle they had in stock. Although it was a year old, it was still covered by the same great warranty! He did not once attempt to push us towards something else or waste any of our time with things we did not want to see. Kevin took the time to listen to our needs and respond quickly and with care. I couldn't believe how good of a deal we got on our trade in. First Ford really values their customers and wants to make sure we are satisfied. I was also shocked that I was able to get in and out of the dealership with a new car in just a few hours! Never before have I been able to purchase a car all in one day like that.
