On my travel Monday I started having a miss in my 2002 F-150. Since Narragansett Ford was closer so called them first. The service manager immediately started making excuses and that my truck was too old to find parts for (coil pack for a 4.6L). I called First Ford and they made room for me on Wednesday. I dropped her off to the service manager who was courtesy and very knowledgeable. He said he would call around 1000 and give me an update. Sure enough he called at 1005 and informed me it was 2 coil packs (1 and 3 cylinders). They replaced both and I picked up my truck after work. I am now recommending First Ford to all 65 of my employees in Newport. Great service, knowledgeable honest staff, and easy to work with. More

After telling me they didn't have the part i was charged a 130 diagnostic fee and told it would cost another 130 to put in once the part was in, not including the price of the part which was inflated above fords MSRP. New joke: How much does it cost to change a bulb at First Ford? Answer: 260 dollars plus the cost of the bulb!!!!!! More

After I took the day off of work to stop my car off to get it fixed I was told that there were no airbags in the facility.
