Fortunately, when my husband purchased the 2014 Jeep in 2013 he also purchased an extended warranty. My husband always took care of our vehicles but when he died suddenly in 2014 I was at a loss but knew he trusted Joe Murray so when it needed its routine service I too went to Joe. Joe Murray has treated me with the upmost courtesy and always with a smile and explains exactly what needs to be done and why. I highly recommend Joe Murray and Firkins service department. Not to leave anyone out, the two ladies in the cashier's office, sorry I don't know their names, are fantastic. They too are always friendly, patient helpful, and smiling. More
