I declined since the oil was changed 4,00 miles ago and that I didn't feel the oil was checked properly. After picking up the vehicle and driving 12 miles to my home, I let it sit level for 15 minutes and checked the oil level. The level was perfectly on the full mark as it has been since I've owned the vehicle. I question either the knowledge of the tech, or the integrity of the writer... this behavior is moraly wrong in my humble opinion... More
