She immediately replied with a few in stock choices, I ranked them 1,2,3 to what I truly wanted. Appointment time to see, feel, and touch. Upon arrival I was greeted in a very professional manner by Todd and Justin who went out of there way to find "MY RAM" and make it happen. Now I have a Patriotblue 2019 Ram pickup in my driveway and could be happier with the whole buying experience. Thank you Firkins. finally having recall part put in I tried 2 times to schedule a recall part placement Each time I was given an appt. and when I arrived was informed I should of called the parts Dep I tried 2 times to schedule a recall part placement Each time I was given an appt. and when I arrived was informed I should of called the parts Dept. to make sure they had the part and that they are only getting one or two of the parts as week and it will probably be up to 6 months before they have the part They made a copy of my recall letter and wrote my name number at the top and said they would call me when the part came in and I never received a call about it decided to call 5 months later and see if the part was in they finally scheduled me to come in and get it replaced - Was there for 2 1/2 hours waiting was told they were short and it would be an hour wait. Was not impressed. More
Not an experience I would ever want someone else to have. This was my second vehicle I purchased at this dealer "certified pre-owned." The first vehicle had a 160 point inspection done that was far from accep This was my second vehicle I purchased at this dealer "certified pre-owned." The first vehicle had a 160 point inspection done that was far from acceptable. After I ended up putting money into the vehicle I was reimbursed by the dealer and sent on my way. A few months later I was having issues with my vehicle and saw a newer model with more technology and a hemi engine. I decided to buy from this dealer thinking they were giving me a good deal and getting me out of my other jeep they sold me that was having issues. Long story short I have had to take it down for warranty repairs 4 different times from Tampa which is a 45 minute drive each way. On top of all of the problems I have had with the newer vehicle they have done their best to fix the situation and make everything right. The suspension had problems and a "really bad shock" was replaced recently but the sound was still an issue with the front suspension. When I tried to tell them what the problem was I was told that there were not any issues with the vehicle and it was returned back to me. A few months ago I had a dash camera installed on the windshield which was placed in the cup-holder of my jeep after the windshield was replaced and the technician was trying to figure out where the suspension sound was coming from. I was humiliated after watching the video of them in MY vehicle talking badly about me and my credibility about the situation. There was also some talk about losing someones keys from another customer that was in for maintenance. When buying a vehicle especially certified pre owned I expect not to have issues with the vehicle immediately after driving it off of the lot. There were a lot of issues with the vehicle and almost just as bad as the one I previously purchased. I do not believe that this dealer looks over the vehicles they purchase to make sure they are certified pre owned. They simply just clean them up and put them on the lot for sale. I would never trust this dealer to touch my car again and am having to deal with out of pocket expenses for repairs because of my diminished trust. If you are looking at buying a vehicle from this dealership, do yourself a favor and take the vehicle you are thinking about purchasing to a different garage to be inspected. Do your homework before you purchase a vehicle and make sure that what you are buying has had a thorough inspection. I could go on longer about all of the problems I have had with two separate vehicles I purchased here but the breaking point was seeing the technician and the service manager throwing me under the bus discrediting an issue I was experiencing and talking about me badly in my own vehicle. More
