I have purchased all 4 vehicles from Ira Salem - who in my opinion is the best sales person in Florida. He takes time to get the deal right, and makes the experience about you. He is truly a professional and even if you can't come to terms on a deal (which I've not had happen yet) he is just as happy the you came in to shop. More

Went to that bank after the sale and they said "not so" (plus some other words re this transaction) and THEN offered me .75% LESS than finance guy offered; again, with NO warranty Second. The amount financed did not match sales order. I signed $34,7xx.xx and finance guy raised that a couple of hundred dollars Third. I went to dealer to straighten this out Monday, Dec 24, and havent heard back. I will follow this up with certified letter to remove extended warranty and to refund both items above More
