My battery needed to be checked to see if it needed to be replaced. this process takes 15 minutes - 4 hours I told the advisor i would wait 1 hour and if it was going to take 3-4 hours i would take shuttle home. After 1 1/2 hours i went to find out status- he acted like i was bothering him when he said the battery needed to be replaced and car would be done 10-15 minutes More
