Had my car towed last Saturday. Service writer sent message on Monday that they would get back to me by Monday afternoon. On Tuesday I had not heard back, I called and was told i ma Service writer sent message on Monday that they would get back to me by Monday afternoon. On Tuesday I had not heard back, I called and was told i may need a battery? but that they still needed to run a diagnostic. I did not hear back till Thursday…and was advised that in fact I needed to have the fuel pump replaced. The cost would be Approx $1600-$1700. I balked!!! Later the price was adjusted to $1100-$1300 I advised Id call back. On Friday I advised the agent that I was having the car towed and paid the $220 fee for the diagnostic. I have been a customer at Signature and later Findlay Lincoln having purchased 3 new Town Cars and always having the required service done there, I am totally disappointed in the type of service I received and will most likely take my business elsewhere! More
This is our 6th car we have purchased from Findlay , with Don Lewis as our rep. Don is very professional, and customer oriented, and we would certainly continue with him in the future. Our concern is that there never seems to be anyone to answer the telephone. This session is actually the third time we have been extremely frustrate in trying to reach someone by phone , (no matter which of the 4 numbers we try),) Last year Don was good enough to contact the Service Mgr., after a lengthy discussion with him , and his apologies, he assured us it would not happen again. But, the same problem existed again this year. After several hours of no response on the phone, we were exhausted, and resigned to call Don on his cell phone.. An hour later he responded, and resolved the issue.. We are long customers of Findlay, (long before you moved to Henderson), but because of this frustration we are considering another dealer...one with consideration enough to answer their phone! More
