I had been working with a salesperson at Towbin Kia in Henderson and it turned out to be a not great experience. He greeted us and he took me right to the car. Right away I wanted it! Everything was quick and easy! Sales was seamless. Henry in finance was great! Very friendly and made sure to explain everything clearly! I wanted my wheels powder coated and arranged to have that done a few days later. Service was so wonderful! Scott was great & friendly. We loved everything so much that we came in 2 days later and my husband purchased a Kia as well! We are happy to be part of the Kia family! More

It is very unfortunate that I also had bad experience at Findlay Kia. My situation is worst because I was lied to that caused me to lose my $1k deposit. I was informed by Mishelle Slivka (Client Care Adv Findlay Kia. My situation is worst because I was lied to that caused me to lose my $1k deposit. I was informed by Mishelle Slivka (Client Care Advisor) that I can put a deposit on a vehicle and that the deposit is non-refundable but can transfer to another vehicle within 1 year. I made a deposit on a Telluride with Justin Hong (Sales Manager) and when the Telluride arrived, I decided not to buy it and asked how I can use my $1k deposit towards another vehicle. Justin is the worst when it comes down to resolve my issue. I repeated 10 times that I was told I can transfer my deposit to another vehicle within 1 year and how can I do so. He totally ignores what I was being told by Mishelle and just keep saying “I don’t know what you want me to do. That’s not on the paper you signed. You lost your deposit.” He also rushed my off the phone by saying he is busy. He never even try to listen to my issue, don’t even mentioned trying to help. Before I talked to Justin, I talked a so-call “Director of Sales”, and his response was Maybe, but he doesn’t deal with that. So he transferred me to Justin. The way the Findlay Kia does business is unethical and wrong. I was denied performing my right to transfer my deposit to another vehicle. This could be fraud because it was unfair and unlawful to me. On Tuesday, June 8th, I went to Findlay Kia dealership to see some car options. I was shown three different cars and I finally went for a Kia Forte. I was shown a white car but they told me I would be gettin see some car options. I was shown three different cars and I finally went for a Kia Forte. I was shown a white car but they told me I would be getting a black one exactly the same as the white one. I returned the day after to pay for the car. I was told the car was totally new but it has 2,000 miles on it, which I accepted. They asked me to come back the following day to pick up the car. Before picking up the car, I received a text message from one of the sales representatives asking me to wait for a couple of hours because the car was getting a couple of work because it has a couple of “marks”. He said I wouldn’t even notice them. When I got to the dealership I see that one of the “marks”/scratches were not removed and that apart from that one the car has multiple other scratches and damages that the sales representative was expecting me not to see. I told him I wouldn’t accept this car. I explained that I purchased I new car and that a car full of damages is definitely not a new car. It’s important to say that before paying for the car I was never told about these damages. The sales representative told me he would take care of everything and that he would make sure the rest of the damages would be removed. I told him that they were only putting “bandages” on the car to hide the damages and that I was paying for a new car and not a used one with fixed damages. As I said before, I was never told about these damages before paying and I was told the car would be exactly the same as the one shown to me (white). They are basically selling cars with damages, covering those up, and selling them as new. I tried to talk to Byron the manager but they would not transfer to him. They say he does not talk to customers or take calls. This morning they put me in contact with the sales manager to whom I requested a full refund. He was not cooperative at all and said no refund was going to be done. He said I was welcome to contact my lawyers so that they could speak with his lawyers. I am already in contact with my attorney in Las Vegas to take care of this situation. More
