This dealership is truly shady and I have great concern for anyone who utilizes this dealership. Here is my reasoning: My wife and I sold our cars and purchased a new car at this dealership. Upon comple for anyone who utilizes this dealership. Here is my reasoning: My wife and I sold our cars and purchased a new car at this dealership. Upon completing this sale, we were promised $5,500 in return for the sale of one of our cars. The next week we are told by our salesman that the check and green slip should be ready the following week. Two weeks then go by and no word and no check from anyone. Additionally, our dealer registration temp tag is almost expired at this point. My wife contacts the dealership and is hung up on 4 times in a row. I contact the dealership and demand a supervisor which ultimately works. The manager tells me that because of the hack, all my information (check/registration) is basically frozen and or lost. I explain that a full sale of vehicle requires payment at which point he agrees but states he can't help. He then proceeds to tell me that my registration being expired (no green slip) is of no concern as they have notified the DMV. I explain that no one has contacted Law Enforcement because I will surely be cited for no registration. He agrees but once again states "yeah idk that's tough." So now here we are almost a month later and there is no hope, we have yet to hear any word on where our check is, or a solution for the registration issue. Please avoid this dealership at all costs, I deeply regret choosing this facility to sell my car as it truly seems I have been scammed by them. More

This dealership was not only top notch but more specifically, hands-on with the customer service. Josh A. was a man with a plan who talked 100% square business so me.
