I am a KIA customer who has used the Findley service department exclusively since moving to Vegas in 2021. On July 12, 2022 I tried to make an appointment. I started a text exchange with Milton, some department exclusively since moving to Vegas in 2021. On July 12, 2022 I tried to make an appointment. I started a text exchange with Milton, sometime in the morning. He took down my information and promised to have a service advisor call me ASAP. Since I haven’t heard from anyone, I tried to call the dealership on July 14. Apparently, according to the message, there was no operator available and the call was dropped. I then tried the text chat again. This time I connected with Vivian who promised to have an advisor call me. Once again, nobody contacted me to setup an appointment. I then wrote to the Findley KIA service manager, Mr. Calmelat and the general manager, Mr. Klemaske. No response. My next step was to contact KIA of North America. Their response was “Good morning, all dealer are independently owned. can file a complaint on your behalf with service department.” Apparently they are not concerned about the name of the brand. More
Kia Findlay did not have loaner car but provided a rental car from Enterprise after we mentioned the maintenance package that we purchased from Kia. The package stated a loaner car will be provided for servi car from Enterprise after we mentioned the maintenance package that we purchased from Kia. The package stated a loaner car will be provided for servicing over 3 hours. The rental car provided is adequate, a little dinged up and the maintenance required light just went on, but I guess I will need to bring that to Enterprise’s attention. More
