Lack of communication / Horrible In my opinion, this dealership is one of the worst. I like working with people that are honest and can explain why/why not price is fair. I have 3-4 emails from 3-4 people first off, I have calls from cell phones telling me to call back and excuses of there must be an issue with cell service (BS). - Received word from the manager that i agreed to price on car when that was far from truth. - I have this person (Kristian) come at me, like I'm in the wrong, when I'm explaining to him apples to apples from quote of their car vs quote of my car. Got very defensive. If he was actually able to explain himself other than be pushy, I would have listened.. Sound like some of these guys have power trips.. Would never deal with this dealership again. If I were the GM I would rethink who he has speaking to customers. Beautiful car,,,Sad customer service/sales. More
