On-line car buying the way it should be. I had been looking for a 2015 C300 for a few months. I live in Missouri but located on Cargurus the car that most closely matched what I wanted; MB C I had been looking for a 2015 C300 for a few months. I live in Missouri but located on Cargurus the car that most closely matched what I wanted; MB Certified Pre-Owned, low miles and a very competitive price. I sent a note to the Cargurus site requesting information on a Friday afternoon. Within minutes, PJ Nunez emailed me and provided the answer I had on the vehicle's warranty and also provided the vehicle spec sheet and Carfax report. Saturday morning we exchanged emails on various questions I had asked and he provided quick and accurate answers within minutes each time. By 10:00 am I finally asked, "Tell me what I need to do to buy the car." His next email told me what I needed to provide and within the hour I had a bill of sale and provided them a deposit. PJ then offered to pick my wife and I up at the airport in Orlando or Tempe when we arranged our flight down which was 10 days later. When we arrived in Orlando, PJ met us at the airport, drove us to the dealership, the car was inside clean and ready to go, he introduced us to the business manager Gary Breesman and, in under an hour, we were in our new C300. PJ took the time to walk us through the car and explain and demonstrate all the options and features so we were comfortable with the operation. We were in/out in 2 hours max. This was my first experience buying a car on-line and PJ made it easy as it could be. He's a professional and knowledgeable sales manager I would highly recommend. Throughout this whole process, there was never any pressure to buy the car or any other products. PJ Nunez and Fields Motorcars were absolutely great to work with even from 1,031 miles away. More
