What impressed me the most was, while I was talking to William Metheney (F&I Manager), I turned around to see PJ inspecting my car to make sure it was showroom perfect before handing over the keys. I know this because I saw him point out an area to the detailer who quickly addressed whatever it was. I am so happy with my car and the memorable experience!
